Initial Eligibility
Students who are interested in taking PSEO courses must meet the college's PSEO requirements.
Juniors- rank in top 1/3 of graduating class
Seniors- rank in top 1/2 of graduating class
**Students who are applying for PSEO for the fall of their Junior year will be eligible based on their rank during their Sophomore year (after 1st semester)
**Students who are applying for PSEO for the fall of their Senior year will be eligible based on their rank during their Junior year (after 1st semester)
Continuing Eligibility
Students must maintain a 2.0 GPA in their PSEO courses in order to remain eligible for PSEO courses.
Students who do not maintain at least a 2.0 will no longer be able to participate in PSEO per the college.
PSEO for 10th Grade Students
10th grade students are eligible to take one Career Technical Education (CTE) course during the first term of PSEO enrollment. Not all institutions offer PSEO to 10th grade students or have CTE courses.
10th grade students must have received a passing score (proficiency level of "meets" or "exceeds") on the 8th grade MCA Reading.
