The MSHSL Triple “A” program recognizes and honors high school seniors who have excelled in the classroom, on the athletic field, and in the fine arts. To be eligible for the Triple A Award, the student must be a senior and carry a minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA, participate in League-sponsored athletics and fine arts activities, and comply with the MSHSL Student Code of Conduct.
Both Alyssa and David have excelled in the classroom and have been active in both fine arts and athletic activities throughout their years at Becker High School. Alyssa is a 4.0 student and has played a major role in the success of our Robotics program as well being a three-sport athlete participating in volleyball, serving as captain this past season, basketball, and track and field. David holds a 3.85 GPA and is active in choir as a two year Conference Honor Choir member, band, cross country, where he was a captain for the last two years, and as a two year State-qualifying track and field athlete.

Alyssa and David represented Becker High School at the Region 8AA banquet for all 8AA Triple “A” Award recipients on March 1st at Cragun’s Resort near Brainerd.

Becker High School congratulates Alyssa Gruenes and David Myres for their hard work and dedication in the classroom, in their fine arts and athletic activities, and for being selected as the Becker High School's 2019-20 MSHSL Triple “A” Award recipients!
