If you are a resident of Becker School District:

To enroll in any grade, K-12, please print and complete the Enrollment Packet.

If you are not a resident of Becker School District, complete and return the Enrollment Options Form along with the paperwork above.

Additional grade/school specific forms needed:

Kindergarten: include a copy of birth certificate and immunization records from health care provider or Immunization/Exemption Form

Intermediate School New School Profile

Middle School New Student Profile

High School MSHSL Transfer Form

Indian Student Eligibility Form

Please do not bring or send paperwork to schools. All student registrations are processed through the district office. If you are interested in a tour before you complete paperwork, please contact the building principal or secretary.  Once paperwork is received, a secretary will contact you. A tour can also be arranged at that time.

*Enrollment packets are also available to be picked up, or may be dropped off at the District Office located in the Becker High School, Door #2 (next to the Performing Arts Center). If you need forms mailed to you, contact Sheila.

Enrolling Elsewhere?

Please complete our non-enrollment form if your child(ren) will not be attending Becker Schools this fall. By doing so you won't continue to receive communication from us and we'll be able to ensure our records are up to date.
