9th grade students in Arnold Changamire’s English class recently completed projects, following the viewing of the movie Bully. In response, to this unit they designed their own final project. Students overwhelmingly expressed the importance of these projects as a means for them to share important messages about bullying with their peers and community. Jacob Berning and Lincoln Carlson designed bracelets to sell with slogans that speak out against bullying. Jenna Voight, Tristan Cota and Katelyn Mcarty made videos that reveal powerful messages about bullying. Others made posters.
