Fall Registration Information:

The Activities Office will be closed starting Friday, June 2nd.  We will be back in the office part-time the second week in August.  Summer Office Hours:
August 7th-August 9th: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
August 14th-August 17th: 7:30a.m.-12:00p.m.
August 22nd-August 24th: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
August 29th-August 31st: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
Fall Practice Start dates:
Cross Country (grades 7-12): Monday, August 14th 7:30a.m.-9:30a.m.  Runners should meet at the fieldhouse, and bring water and sweats everyday and have proper running shoes.  Please be prepared to run long distances, and can contact captains for any summer running meeting times.  Captains are Allison Hendrickson, Jessica Sand, Kayden Westin for girls and Luke Pappenfus, Justin Kringler and Jonathan Novak for boys. 
 
Girls’ Tennis (grades 9-12): Monday, August 14th at 8:00a.m.                   
   (grades 7 & 8): Monday, August 28th from 3:00-5:00p.m.
 
Football (grades 9-12): Monday, August 14th at 8:00a.m.  A calendar with more specific practice schedule will be handed out at the Mandatory parent meeting on August 1st as well as the first day of practice.
(grades 7 & 8): Monday August 28th equipment handout in HS   mezzanine 8th grade at 3:30p.m. AND 7th grade at 4:15p.m.
There will be practice on Tuesday, August 29th and Wednesday, August 30th from 3:00-5:00p.m. and then will resume practice on Wednesday, September 6th from 3:00-5:00p.m.
 
Boys’ Soccer (grades 9-12): Monday August 14th 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m, meet on varsity soccer fields.
(grades 7 & 8): Monday August 28th 5:00pm, meet on varsity soccer fields.
 
Girls’ Soccer (grades 9-12): Monday, August 14th 7:30-11:00am practice @BAC.   Practice will be held at the BAC for the first two weeks.  A calendar will be included at a later date with other specifics.
(grades 7-8): Wednesday, August 30th from  6-8pm @ BAC. Once school starts 3:10-5pm at BAC on all school days.

Girls’ Swimming/Diving (grades 7-12): Monday, August 14th Practices will be Monday-Friday from 8-11a.m.  Please bring clothes for dry land practices as well as swimming stuff (suits, goggles, swim cap, towel, etc.).
 
Volleyball (grades 9-12): Monday, August 14th 9-11:30am and 1-4:00p.m. There will be captains practice Monday, August 7th through Friday, August 11th.  6-8:00p.m. on the 7th-10th and 10-12pm on the 11th (calendar is attached to email with four weeks of plans).
(grades 7 & 8): Tuesday, September 5th after school from 3-5:00p.m.

*PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT SOME OF THESE DATES AND TIMES ARE TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  MORE SPECIFICS WILL BE POSTED CLOSER TO THE START DATES, BUT ALL 9-12 ACTIVITES WILL BEGIN ON MONDAY, AUGUST 14TH.
 
Registration Information for Becker High and Middle School Athletics/Activities:
 
Registration is NOW open.  This year we have upgraded our registration system, to be a "one-stop shop" for payments.  To log in you will have to create your own account, and will need one of your student's Student ID numbers handy.  (You can get this information from Skyward.  First log into your family access, then click on "Student Info" on the right hand side of the page.  All of your students should appear, and then directly under your child's picture you should see "Other ID" which should be the third thing listed.  You will need that info to create your new log in).  Registration for Activities is done all online.  Please go to www.beckeractivities.com to register for your activity.  In order to create your new login you will need to watch a short video on how to do so. The arrow indicates on the page where to click to watch the video.   

 
         -At the time of online registration you will be asked to pay the appropriate activity fee of $150.00 (HS) and $115.00 (MS) for athletics and $95.00 (HS) and $85.00 (MS) for arts and other activities.  If you absolutely do not want pay online, you can still pay by check or cash in the activities office, but ALL of the forms still need to be filled out online and registration will not be complete until the fee is paid.  There will be a family cap of $650.00 for the year.
 
A REMINDER: all new 7th graders need to receive a MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical from their physician before they will be allowed to participate in MSHSL sponsored Athletics.  Physicals are only good for three years, so 10th graders and other whose physical has expired will need to have another physical done in order to participate as well.  If you have any questions about whether or not your son or daughter’s physical is current please contact the activities office.  Appropriate physical forms can be downloaded at
 
A hard copy of the current sports qualifying physical still needs to be turned into the Activities Office before participation in activities will be allowed.
 
Athletic Schedules are available online at www.graniteridgeconference.org Fall 2017 Schedules are currently available, and Winter 2017-2018 and Spring 2018 will be available when school resumes.
