55 ALIVE DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE

Improve your driving skills, and if you're 55 or older, get a discount on your personal auto insurance.  The Defensive Driving Course, developed by the National Safety Council, teaches basic crash prevention techniques and has a proven record of reducing traffic safety instructors.   The class consists of lecture, films, and discussions.  There is no behind-the-wheel driving and there are no tests.  People age 55and older who complete a state approved defensive driving course are eligible to receive a 10%, three-year discount on auto insurance.  NO scholarships for this class.

4 HOUR CLASS - Tuesday, April 2 1-5pm 
8 HOUR CLASS - Monday & Tuesday, April 15 & 16 5:30-9:30pm
                                         All classes held at Oakwood Church

At book club we discuss what books we’re reading, what we love about books, and more! We also do different activities focused on reading and writing. The Spring Session of book club will continue to discuss books we’re reading, in addition to offering two books and watching their movie counterpart! Book club is designed for what you want to do!
You are not required to read one of the two books, but are still welcome to join our movie meetings!

Join Ms. Backes and Ms. Benda for Springtime Crafts!  Celebrate springtime by making a variety of Arts & Crafts! Emphasis will be on Easter and all things spring in this two day class.  A light snack will be provided.  MAX. 30

BECKER BOYS LACROSSE CLINIC!

Cost: FREE

Come try your hand at the fastest growing sport in America.  Current players and coaches will be on site to introduce the sport. Becker has hosted youth lacrosse teams for many years.  Our organized teams range from eight (U-8) all the way up to Junior Varsity and Varsity in High School.  We practice/play locally at the Becker Athletic Complex. A normal season runs from Early April till June.

INTRO TO GIRLS LAX CLINIC!

FREE Intro to Girls Lax Clinics for beginner girls (GR 5-8).  This is a great opportunity for new players to see what the sport is all about without having to commit.  Loaner sticks will be provided, so no equipment it needed to participate.  The clinics will be run by Becker Youth coaches and HS players.  
Clinics will be on Feb 8, 22  7-8pm Intermediate School Gym
Feb 15, 7-8pm Intermediate School Small Gym

SUPER S.T.E.M. SAMPLER

Join Science Explorers for a fun, hands - on class of STEM topics. First, we will explore chemistry with slimy, sloppy and sticky experiments.  Next, we will go undercover and become a spy to create secret codes, a periscope, spyglasses, and more.  Then, we will step into the filed of engineering an discover how engineers use their scientific and technical skills to design machines, buildings and gadgets.  Each class is filled with engaging experiments and activities.

FOOTBALL CAMP!

Are you ready to play football?!  These camps will provide instruction on passing, kicking, blocking, and position skills for future Bulldog Football players.  Wear a t-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes or football spikes.  All camps will be held on the BHS Football practice field.  Instruction will be provided by Dwight Lundeen , Head Football Coach and coaching staff. 
Camps are open GR 6-12.   GR 6-9TH. JULY 23-25TH/GR 10-12TH JULY 23-26TH
